Emilis's story
The boy who hears music everywhere
Emilis is nine years old and in the fourth grade. In March he came down with a high fever. The doctor ran blood tests and sent him straight to hospital.
Emilis spent a good two months in hospital. The treatment was hard – he couldn’t walk properly and his stomach hurt. The treatment is working, but he has already gone through quite a few side effects, and now another difficult stage is beginning.
Emilis also has an autism diagnosis, which makes procedures especially hard for him – what scares him most is what he doesn’t understand.
Emilis loves building – not only with LEGO, but also designing his own buildings. He has perfect pitch and plays the violin, drums and piano. In his free time he likes cooking, playing with his brother and watching cartoons, and his favourite place is home.
Emilis's dream
Emilis dreams of a Samsung Movingstyle touchscreen display on a moving stand. With it he could play music and watch cartoons, cook from recipes and learn anywhere in the house – wherever he feels most comfortable.
